The Carolina Panthers’ love affair with QB Baker Mayfield is coming to an end. Signed a one-year deal in July, Mayfield was supposed to be the answer for the Panthers’ offensive woes. But nothing of that sort happened. Now, the franchise has decided to part ways with the QB.

The Panthers have waved Mayfield, and he is back in the market as a free agent. But where will he end up? The NFL world seems to be divided on the matter.

The Panthers got Baker Mayfield from the Cleveland Browns in an effort to transform their offense. But after a bad start to the season, they first benched him and then decided to waive him off the team. The former first-overall draft pick will be looking for new pastures to revive his career.
