He declares, “I do believe there has to be some kind of healing with the situation and everything that transpired last year because it’s just there’s a lack of trust that was broken, I think. For me, it’s about gaining the trust back and they have to see it through me. They have to see the transparency, the honesty. I’ve always said I’m going to be open with them and I want them to be open with me.”

Meyer believes that communication and maintaining an open dialogue are the most important factors. They have allowed to provide some team discussions in this manner, but also believe the guys had also endorsed it and doing very well.

What does the healing reference of Doug Pederson mean?

Doug Pederson’s healing stems phrase comes from Urban Meyer’s turbulent time in charge as Jaguars’ head coach. Meyer went 2-11 in his interim period, and the Jaguars’ offense crumbled after the club’s bye week. In recent NFL history, he formed one of the most hazardous conditions in the club.

Urban Meyer’s tenure caused far more harm than it can undo. He took a relatively young franchise and pressured them to believe him, then ended up tarnishing that confidence and stunting the growth of any player on the depth chart. Doug Pederson has a lot of damage to fix this year.
