The Packers leveled their score 1-1 after slaying the Bears 27-7 in Week 2. Aaron Rodgers was back to his form, and the defense supported him quite well. While speaking at the press conference, the reporters asked him about the plans for his next game. “I’m just trying to temper expectations,” Rodgers said.

“Obviously, I’m going to enjoy the heck out of this one tonight, but we’ve got a big one next week, a tough road trip, and it’s got to be better. This was better than Week 1, but we’ve got to be better than this if we want to compete with Tampa.” He added.

Just like Rodgers, Tom Brady ended his second week on a high note. It was a close game against the Saints, but the Buccaneers managed to pull it through with a great defensive play. In fact, Brady was successful in breaking their losing streak with his first regular-season victory against the Saints in a Buccaneers jersey.

Tom Brady admits that the Packers’ defense will pose a challenge

Even before the regular season had begun, the Packers’ defense was praised as one of the best units in the 2022 season. However, they stumbled in their first game against the Vikings. But learning from their mistakes and disappointment, they fared pretty well in Week 2.

“It’s a tough game. It’s a big challenge,” Brady said about the Packers’ defense. “I got a lot of studying on the plane last night. It’s a new defensive coordinator since the last time we played them, and they have some really talented players on defense, really physical up front, some great edge rushers.”

“They have one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time in Aaron leading them, and they played great last night,” he added to his explanation. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers’ Offensive line is quite shattered. Most of them are benched due to injuries, and the recent Mike Evans suspension has added more worries to their preparedness.
