It is not easy to play football in a blizzard. But the Packers have found a way to use this to their advantage. 

The quarterback Aaron Rodgers hopes that the cold strikes during their wild-card game against the San Francisco 49ers. Having the home-field advantage is always good. The loud fans on your side, familiar conditions, and game plans are the things that help one win. Rodgers demands cold weather and loud fans on Sunday.

The Green Bay Packers are coming off a bye week. Aaron Rodgers had time to tend to his injuries. He will be 100% before the game. Green Bay also had the opportunity to sit back and watch the first round of the playoffs. They saw the 49ers eliminate the Dallas Cowboys. The Packers saw San Francisco’s game and will be ready accordingly. 

“There’s four teams left on the NFC side. We’re one of them. We get to host playoff games,” said Aaron Rodgers after practice on Tuesday. “This is a special opportunity. We’re not gonna make it bigger than it is.”

“I’m excited about our opportunity, excited about the leadership we have on the football team, excited about the guys coming back, and excited to have a full crowd this year as opposed to last year,” Said Aaron Rodgers. “Hoping for a loud crowd.” 

Aaron Rodgers has fallen to the 49ers three times before in the playoffs. One of those games was the 2019 NFC Championship game at Levi’s Stadium. Rodgers hopes to change that. Will playing at Lambeau Field be beneficial for the Green Bay Packers? We shall find out this Sunday in the second round of the playoffs.
