McCaffrey’s training regimen is certainly eye-opening. But why does he wants the sprinting capabilities?

Why RB Christian McCaffrey chose to do track training?

The San Francisco 49ers running back might be prone to injuries. But the past season was arguably his best one. A trade to San Francisco allowed him to gloss and complete with a playoff-worthy group. A running back has specific regimens. But CMC has his reasons to do track and run training.

While speaking with STACK in 2019, Christian McCaffrey said, “I look at a running back as a sprinter. And running is actually in the title of my job, my occupation. My job is to run, and it’s to do it fast. Everything I do is really pertinent to track. All of my speed work is with a track coach.” McCaffrey added that he does his lifting regimen with a track coach, who is among the fastest in the word. With him being at RB, getting to be fast would not hurt.

CMC is ready to make an impact with his first complete season with the dominant Niners. But will the franchise reach Super Bowl glory in the upcoming season? It is subject to witness.
