At 39, Aaron Rodgers admits that he cannot run as he used to earlier in his career. But he has added an exercise that helped to get his legs and balance back. And that exercise is squatting.

“I started squatting again in 2019. Actually, getting under a bar and squatting was really, really important for me to get my legs back and my balance back, get my strength back and my flexibility back. That’s probably been the most important exercise that I’ve added back to my routine,” Rodgers told Men’s Health in a recent interview.
