After weeks of speculation and intense developments, Gisele Bündchen filed for a divorce against Tom Brady in Moore Haven, Florida. The blame is on Judge Jack Lundy, who did not follow the standard procedure.

As per Dailymail, Michael Barfield, FCGA’s Director of public access mentioned, “(Being star-struck) is likely the explanation for this, which ensures the public’s oversight of the judiciary system and access to the court system. The way the judge handled this case is unprecedented. It seems that the judge and the lawyers coordinated things to happen in advance of the divorce filing while the right to know is the basis of the court system.”

According to state law, there must be a 20-day wait time between the submission of a divorce and the final verdict. However, Judge Lundy signed the divorce petition 33 minutes after supermodel Gisele Bündchen filed their case.

The couple reportedly filed their case at 10:38 a.m. last Friday. Judge Lundy’s final verdict would become official at 11:11 a.m. The judge hardly even had sufficient time to go through the 35-page file provided to him by the couple’s attorneys.
