Tom Brady has an exquisite collection of properties all over America. He currently lives in Florida, but as we know, his career began with the Patriots. Since the Patriots franchise’s base is in Boston, Brady purchased his first property after becoming an NFL star there.

It was a posh condo in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. Brady purchased it for $4.125 Million. The Condo was a 3,412 square-foot full-floor unit in the Burrage Mansion. It was a late 19th-century French chteau-style building. Moreover, it had gargoyles and cherubs carved into the exterior.

The Condo had a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom bachelor pad that featured a chef’s kitchen that opened onto a family room with a fireplace. Furthermore, it had a second fireplace in the living room overlooking the Commonwealth Mall.

In 2008, Brady sold the Condo for $5.285 million. As a result, the Patriots quarterback secure an easy profit of $1 million on the property.

Tom Brady gets ready for the center stage once again

The upcoming season of the NFL will be Brady’s 23rd season in the league. The build-up to this season has been different for him. After losing to the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Divisional Round, he had announced his retirement from football.

However, that retirement was short-lived, as he announced his return to the game prior to the start of the offseason. It gave his team enough time to make adjustments. Since Brady was back, many free agents, who were seeking to sign somewhere else, signed with the Bucs again.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will once be among the favorites to win the Super Bowl. Moreover, Brady might run towards the MVP Award in his 23rd season. Last season he had a great year, but Aaron Rodgers had edged him out in the voting and won the MVP.
