Hitting his tee shot into the bunker, Mickelson chipped his shot to complete a stunning birdie. While the crowd at Ocean course went ballistic, Brady too took to Twitter to share his excitement.

Citing Terrell Owens’ classic “That’s my quarterback” line, Brady shared a clip of Mickelson making the incredible shot. What’s important to note here is that Brady and Mickelson have known each other for some time.

The two partnered up earlier last year to take on Peyton Manning and Tiger Woods in a charity golf match to raise funds for COVID-19 relief. And even back then Brady showed that he’s no pushover on the golf course either.

The record seven-time Super Bowl champion continues to flourish into his 40s. Winning two Super Bowl rings after the age of 40, the quarterback too has shown that he has the upper Hand over father time.

By the time the 2021 NFL season comes around Tom Brady will be 44. And with no signs of slowing down, one shouldn’t be surprised to see Brady lift another Super Bowl if he’s still around playing the sport at the age of 50.

Something that which each passing day seems more like a genuine possibility than a distant reality.
