Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady isn’t a stranger to creating NFL history. The 7-time Super Bowl champion surpassed Vinny Testaverde as the 3rd most TD pass throwing QB in franchise history. Brady added to his greatness by achieving the feat only 16 months after throwing his 1st TD as a Buccaneer.

Former Buccaneer Vinny Testaverde played 76 games over 6 seasons to accumulate 77 TDs. While Brady eclipsed his figure in only 31 games and is playing only in his 2nd season. He broke the record against the Carolina Panthers, who were defeated by a 32-6 scoreline.
The record-breaking moment arrived on the 1:19 mark of the first quarter. He completed a 4 yard TD throw to TE Cameron Brate and made history once again.

Brady now only trails two other QBs to become the most TD pass-throwing QB in franchise history. Only Josh Freeman (80) and Jameis Winston (121) are now ahead of Brady in the Buccaneers’ all-time list.
