Technically, Tom Brady played long enough for one of his sons to enter the league. However, it also depends on whether the offspring wants to carry on in his father’s footsteps. Athletes produce athletes that stand true often, if not always. But not all of Brady’s children are keen on the NFL. Except for his eldest, Jack. And a recent revelation from Gisele Bündchen must have put a huge smile on Tom’s face.

Bündchen bared it all out in a recent interview with Vanity Fair correspondent Michelle Ruiz. And while talking about her two children, Benny and Viv, there wasn’t too much football in the sentences. However, Jack is surely following Brady’s steps on the way to becoming the next quarterback in the family.

One out of three kids in the NFL is still a pretty good deal for most. Looks like Tom and Gisele will also have to settle for that. The couple’s two children, Benjamin and Vivian Lake, are not into football. 13-year-old Benjamin likes to dabble on the iPad and his interests mostly lie in “non-ball sports” like skiing and surfing. Vivian, on the other hand, is an aspiring equestrian. In fact, the resemblance between Vivian and Gisele is so uncanny that she can unlock the 42-year-old supermodel’s phone with her face.

Jack, Gisele’s stepson from Brady’s previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan, is the youngest quarterback in the family after former the NE Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB finally retired this February. Gisele has instilled a love of martial arts, specifically Jiu-Jitsu, in her children. However, Jack is more interested in getting into Brady’s alma mater, The University of Michigan. “Jack loves it [Jiu-Jitsu] too, but he doesn’t do it as much because he’s not with us as much,” Gisele said from Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula.

TB12 will certainly breathe a sigh of relief.

Brady was disappointed when Benny ditched football

While many superstar quarterbacks, like Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes, don’t want to influence their children about their future career choices, Tom Brady was a little more conventional in that aspect. And Brady expected his second child, Benjamin, to invite the football bug. In his 2019 Men’s Health interview, the NFL’s most-winning quarterback expressed his disappointment when that didn’t happen.

When Benny came along, I thought he would be just like Jack. So I was like, ‘C’mon, let’s do this.’ And he was like, ‘Nope. I was like, ‘What do you mean? He’s a boy; he should just do all these things that I do’,” he said.
