For the past 23 years, Tom Brady has been at the helm of his professional career. He is not just the best athlete in the NFL but also topped the jersey sales and is one of the hot entities for brand endorsements. But his overall earnings do not justify these achievements. Back in 2019, the then-Patriots quarterback Tom Brady marked his appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show after winning his sixth Super Bowl title. The host asked why he was paid less and not more compared to other passers in the league. The quarterback made a witty response, saying that pay doesn’t matter to him because his wife earned more, and allowing her to become the main bread earner of the family.

“I think the thing I’ve always felt for me in my life, winning has been a priority. And my wife makes a lot of money. I’m a little smarter than you think.” Brady said on the show.
