Tom Brady is one of the greatest players in the history of the NFL. Brady has accomplished almost everything there is to accomplish in the NFL.
And now, he is ready to win another Super Bowl this Sunday, as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers take on the Kansas City Chiefs. It will be an exciting game as Brady and Mahomes butt heads in a clash of generations.
However, Brady will hope that it goes better than another Super Bowl game that he trudged through, back in the day. Tom Brady spoke to the press recently and opened up about their Super Bowl clash from 2007 when asked by former New York Giants’ player Osi Umenyiora.

Brady revealed that it was his worst football memory of all time, because of how well the Giants played defensively.
He said, “That 2007 game is one of my least favorite football memories. Probably because I had a lot of you on top of me. You and Tray and Justin. You guys had a great defense and you guys were an incredible opponent that day and you deserved to win.”

Tom Brady back in the Super Bowl
The 2007 Super Bowl was 1 of only 3 Super Bowl losses that Brady has suffered in his career. He has gone to the Super Bowl 9 times during his tenure with the New England Patriots and won 6 titles.
However, Brady surprisingly called time on his stint with the New England Patriots in 2019. He ended up joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, breaking the status quo in the league.

For the first time, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots were not spoken of in the same breath. The impact of his presence was seen in both the Buccaneers and the Patriots’ season.

The New England Patriots missed the Playoffs this season. On the other hand, the Brady-led Buccaneers are in the Super Bowl this season.

In many ways, Brady proved that he was the key to the Patriots’ success. Going into the Super Bowl, Brady will be hoping to have a better game than he did against the Giants in 2007.
