Tom Brady is a humble man, and every NFL fan is aware of it. He has been a nightmare for the Chicago fans by defeating the Bears on multiple occasions. But for a Chicago cop, who is now battling a serious ailment, the athlete sent out good wishes.

On an early Saturday morning, Chicago Police Officer Dan Golden, 32, was off duty. But he allegedly helped to break up a scuffle outside a bar in the Beverly neighborhood. Unfortunately, during the scuffle, he got shot in the back. The incident paralyzed him from the mid-abdomen down, leaving vital injuries.

St. Cascia High School on Twitter shares the video of Tom Brady, who made a video for Officer Golden. Moreover, the high school requested that people keep the St. Rita alum and his household in their thoughts and prayers.

Tom Brady shares a video, saying “What’s up, Danny? So sorry to hear about what you’re going through. And just know I’m thinking about you and appreciate all your hard work and your commitment to service. I know you’ll get through it. It’s gonna make you tougher, it’s gonna make you stronger, and we’re all pulling for you. Take care.”

The Doctors have decided not to remove the bullet for now. The damage done to the brave cop might be permanent.

Tom Brady and Patriots help fallen cop’s family

When Tom Brady was with the New England Patriots, he and his teammates came out to support a family of a slain Massachusetts police officer. On May 22, 2016, Ronald Tarentino Jr., a Tewkesbury native, and Auburn Police Officer, was shot during a routine traffic stop. Tom Brady and his Patriots teammates came forward to aid the family.

As per Boston Herald, the quarterback and his teammates donated equipment for bidding. It includes Brady’s autographed home-game jersey and items signed by Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski. The signed memorabilia helped the family to raise $86,000. TB12’s aid will help Tarentino’s wife and three sons, Ronald III, Spenser, and Kyle. Furthermore, the family also used some money to assist the families of the fallen first responders.
