Tom Brady documentary set to premiere in 2021

The 6× Super Bowl winner is all set to get his own ‘The Last Dance.’ He announced the series on Twitter and explained the production’s name too.

Brady wrote, “I have quoted Theodore Roosevelt’s “Man in the Arena” speech since I saw it painted on our weight room wall at UM in 1995. It’s a constant reminder to ignore the noise, buckle my chinstrap, and battle through whatever comes my way.”

In a press release, Brady said, “Through the series, we’re defining the key moments and challenges that were seemingly insurmountable. But through hard work and perseverance, became career-defining triumphs, in both victory and defeat.”

As per Connor Schell, ESPN’s EVP content the series has remarkable potential. This is because Brady has been largely guarded about his career and any reveal will be massive.

“To have personal first-hand accounts and an athlete at Tom’s level who doesn’t often give first-hand accounts can add up to a remarkable series.

Fans would certainly agree with this statement as Brady has been one to just put his head down and get on with it.

He is an example of perseverance to prove oneself. The quarterback was never in the limelight ahead of the 2000 NFL draft. Multiple teams passed on the opportunity before the New England Patriots signed him 199th overall in the 6th round. He was the 7th quarterback to be drafted that year.

He went on to achieve stupendous success with the team before shockingly moving south to NFC side Tampa Bay Buccaneers in March. The move may be explained as the documentary will focus on New England’s trip to Super Bowl LIII.

Even if it isn’t fans will delight in watching and learning more about one of America’s most successful sports personalities.
