In 2020, Tom Brady arrived in Tampa Bay and took up Derek Jeter’s mega-mansion in South Tampa’s Davis Islands for lease. Brady lived there with his then-wife, Gisele Bündchen, and two kids. But soon after, he changed to a modest option at 588 Riviera Drive. The former Buccaneers QB1 lived there until making his final retirement decision and eventually moving out.

The house is a 2019-built waterfront pad with a broad outdoor area, a swimming pool, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a four-park garage. The heavenly adobe is listed for lease for $60,000 per month and was in the market for $12.5 Million last fall.

The one-story residence has a kitchen with loaded appliances. It also includes a custom wine cellar, an elevator, and a dock to park boats. Interestingly, the Weeknd also rented the property when he came to Tampa Bay for the Super Bowl LV halftime performance. The property’s value would see an inevitable spike after such high-profile residents.
