To say that Tom Brady was unhappy that he was not at the SoFi Stadium field might be selling it short. He looks downright jealous. And to add insult to injury, his phone popped up a reminder that made things worse for the retired veteran.
Hours before the Super Bowl, Brady tweeted a screen-grab of his lock screen showcasing the preemptive reminder which was ‘time-sensitive’. Brady captioned the picture, “Sh*t” which shows the time he had set to arrive at the Super Bowl.

Brady has been to 10 Super Bowls out of the last 22. He has not watched many Super Bowls from the comfort of his home for the better part of his adult life. But with his retirement announcement, it seems it is time for a change for the seven-time Super Bowl winner. And coming to terms with the reality can be tougher said than done, as Brady might be experiencing.
Does it still sting for Tom Brady?
Interestingly, the recently retired quarterback might still be feeling stingy at the thought of not competing at the highest level. It shows that even Brady, someone who has won the most number of Super Bowl rings in NFL history, wishes he got another shot or at least seems like he regrets not making the most of his last one.

Brady & the Bucs lost to the LA Rams in the playoffs. And Brady announced his retirement on February 1, following the loss.

Tampa had a record of 13-4 during the regular season but could not stand up to the mighty defense of the LA Rams and an outstanding fourth-quarter performance by eventual Super Bowl Champion Matt Stafford. He capped it off with a brilliant last-second drive to secure the field goal and prevent overtime.

Rule out nothing for Tom Brady’s Future
Although, there are reports that anything is possible and might be as early as 2022. And some theories seem to stretch the truth a little too far. Fans wait to see if missing this Super Bowl stung Brady enough to reconsider retirement. Tom Brady is playing his part in keeping the NFL community entertained and excited for the future.
