SiriusXM’s Megan Kelly of ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’ cannot get around the fact that Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen got divorced over disagreements about Brady’s football career. And she thinks there is much to do with Gisele’s Costa Rica trips with the Brady family Jiu-Jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.

“And they say this marriage fell apart because he wouldn’t give up his football career. The guy has six or seven Super Bowl rings, and she wanted him to give up his career. I don’t know if I believe that,” Kelly said. Tom Brady retired from the game in February 2022 and came back 40 days later to state that he wasn’t ready to leave yet. This could have been the beginning of the end. TB12 even took an 11-day off during his pre-season training camp with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers because of personal matters. But Kelly thinks the roots go back way deeper.

Gisele Bündchen and her kids recently made a trip to Costa Rica. The Victoria’s Secret supermodel owns a country home with her former husband Tom Brady there from before the divorce. However, kids Benjamin and Vivian Lake weren’t the only ones accompanying Bündchen on the trip down to South America. Also present with them was the possible cause for the power couple’s divorce. The family’s martial arts instructor, Joaquim Valente.

Joaquim and Gisele were pictured having dinner together in Costa Rica, and rumors of a new fling filled the Bündchen fan groups. Valente and his brothers own the Valente Brothers Self-Defense Training Facility in Miami and helped Brady’s former wife move into her new $11.5 million Miami mansion.
