Tua Tagovailoa, QB for the Miami Dolphins, made his mark amongst the greats in a recent match. The 25-year-old helped lead the Dolphins to a win with his fantastic offense. On 11 September 2023, the Miami Dolphins faced off against the Los Angeles Chargers and were the victors in a head-to-head match. The Chargers were upstaged by a score of 36-34 and were dominated by the exceptional duo of the Dolphins.

Tua was drafted by the Dolphins in 2020 and prior to that, he was playing college football in Alabama. During his time there, he displayed tremendous skills and was even credited with being the Offensive MVP of the 2018 College National Championship. While he’s had his fair share of injuries in his career, he certainly proved his value in the team against the Chargers this past Sunday match.

Tua Tagoviloa played exceptionally well and demonstrated his true capabilities in the match against the Chargers. The duo of Tagoviloa and Tyreek Hill were the key factors in defeating the Chargers in the season opener. Dov Kleiman described him as the “man coverage killer” with respect to his brilliant stats in the match. Tua managed to complete three touchdowns and receive one interception. Additionally, Tagoviloa was able to throw out over an impressive 466 yards. He might be 0ne of the best QBs the Dolphins have ever seen, and he’s only just begun.

The quarterback hasn’t always received due credit for his talent in the league. In 2022, he suffered a severe concussion and had to miss the Dolphins’ last few games of the season. This led to criticism from the fans who declared him a wash-out after he got injured in the match against the Green Bay Packers. Despite his absence from the matches, he was still able to finish first in the NFL in passer rating in the 2022 season.
