Russell Wilson was targeted twice by the rapper

This isn’t the only instance when Future slammed the NFL star. Only a few years back, the rapper claimed that Russel only did what his wife told him to and labeled him as ‘not being a man’ for doing so. The situation became very messy as Ciara soon got involved in a legal battle with Future regarding the latter’s limited visitation to their kid. There have been numerous instances since, always involving Ciara’s ex, dragging Russell’s name in the process. And this time, it wasn’t very different.

It’s been almost a decade since Future’s split with Ciara

Ciara’s brutal breakup with Future is still talked about to this day. The pair got engaged back in 2013 and were expected to get married very soon. However, trouble ensued as Ciara filed for divorce, following the birth of their child. She also alleged that Future had cheated on her with his wardrobe consultant, Tyrina Lee. Time and time again the rapper has declined these allegations, however, remained steadfast, to take a jab or two at the couple every chance he gets.

He has also started improving his craft on the field after a disastrous season last year, to dominate the field once more. It will be interesting to see how the star QB overcomes his struggle to get back to the top.
