After Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s divorce last year, his former teammate Rob Gronkowski and his girlfriend Camille Kostek seem to take the baton forward. They are gradually becoming the next player-supermodel power couple. And the two proved their chemistry, once, in an all-important test, in a fun segment with GQ.

The NFL tight end and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model took the GQ Sports’ Couples Quiz and contrary to what fans and even Camille expected, the four-time Super Bowl champion came out the winner against his girlfriend. And Camille was more impressed than disappointed with the loss.

Rob Gronkowski nailed the tough questions

Gronk may be the 260 lbs, 6-foot 5-inches football jock on the field. But at home, he listens and pays attention. And Kostek couldn’t explain the emotions when Gronkowski answered some toughies. The couple had 37 questions for each other. And ultimately, Gronkowski’s competitiveness was too much for Camille to handle, as he answered 18 correctly, compared to Kostek’s 17.

From answering her childhood inspiration to her passion during college, Gronkowski was on fire. “Honey, you are on it,” Kostek said, impressed.

“Where and when was our first kiss,” Camille asked next. And Rob didn’t waste too much time. “My house, at the front door,” the former No 87 replied. Bingo Gronk. After answering Camille’s favorite movie (Parent Trap), Gronk faced a big one. “Where did we first meet,” Kostek asked.

“Charity event. Thanksgiving. Handing out turkeys. 2013,” the former NE Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE said. “Wow, just wow,” Camille replied.

What impressed Camille the most about Gronk?

“What trait of mine is the most unexpected for someone that doesn’t know me,” Gronk asked when his turn came. And Camille spoke about how he was an intelligent and attentive person underneath that gridiron tight-end image he projected.

“You’re one of the smartest people I know. A lot of the times when you go on camera, or you do hosting and stuff, you have like this Gronk persona where you’re so charming, but behind the scenes, I just know you’re different,” she said.

The couple is internet famous for their eccentricity, and even put on a show during the trick-or-treating season last year. And looks like it’s not just for the camera, and the bond is way more special than meets the eye.
