UFC President Dana White Says Football Is More Enjoyable to Watch On Television Than MMA

NFL fans will be either happy or disappointed to hear the recent comments from UFC President Dana White. White was stating the impact of television on the modern-day broadcasting of all sports. He believes that the experience of watching football on TV is better than watching it in stadiums.
During his appearance on the Pivot Podcast, White was sharing his thoughts on how the evolution of TV has led to a better experience at home. While talking about live event experiences, White states, “You have been to a live event, right? There is nothing better on TV than football. Football is the best f*****g sport in the world to watch on TV. It’s fun, it’s exciting. You don’t even have to be a fan of the teams, and you love football.”

He believes there has been a change in perception of viewership with the different camera angles and graphics available. White shares that watching TV has become more attractive and is something he prefers personally. The UFC president adds that other live events like basketball and MMA have been able to get past it while football struggles.

While sharing his love for football, he was only pointing out some of the important questions about the sport.
