Unearthed Tom Brady Footage Shows Young Rivals Overjoyed Upon Meeting Hero After Making Him Taste Defeat

As the San Francisco 49ers clinched the victory against Tom Brady‘s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, back in the exciting match in December last season, a wholesome fan moment stole the spotlight. After the celebratory moments, a heartwarming encounter happened between Brady and the young 49ers roster, as they lined up to meet and have an exchange with the legend. Brady. At 45, Brady has been dominating the football scene for over two decades and the young rivals were once wide-eyed kids, admiring Brady slaying on the field.

When the young players finally got to meet their idol, they could not hold back their genuine excitement and recently a rare footage capturing this fan moment surfaced on the internet.

Starstruck in the presence of NFL legend

The footage revealed the 49ers squad scrambling to meet the G.O.A.T after the match. When the footage opens  Brock Purdy, the QB, is seen scanning around, asking, “Y’all see Tom?’’, looking for Brady.

Juan Jennings, the WR, eagerly shook hands with Brady and exclaimed,  “You’re such a G.O.A.T bro”, to which Brady replies “You too’’, you are a great player, keep it up“.

 ‘I remember when you were in New England, going stupid’, Juan went on, evidently excited to meet the Super Bowl champion. He also managed to snag an autograph from Brady on his jersey.

Then, George Kittle, TE appeared, shaking hands with Brady he said, ‘Finally get to meet you, man’.

“Keep doing your thing, Awesome, Keep it up, “Brady responded.

Finally, Brady met Purdy. “You played great, keep going,” he said shaking hands with the QB.

The match also had a memorable viral moment involving Brady and 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw, when he could not pass up the chance to get an autograph from the idol he had looked up to growing up. Approached Tom Brady with the ball, he intercepted from him, Greenlaw humbly asked for Brady’s signature. Brady gladly signed the ball, making a cherished memory for the linebacker.

Brady’s act of humility did not come as a shock to the netizens as he has always displayed that throughout his journey, reflected by the responses to the footage.
