Kobe Bryant visited the show ‘The Undefeated’ and told the host Jemele Hill, that he admired Colin Kaepernick as he did what no one else was ready to do. On the show, Bryant said, “I think what Colin Kaepernick stood for is the epitome of doing what he believes is right. Things have been taken out of context and misconstrued.”
On the show, Jemele pointed out the donations Bryant had made to the Kaepernick’s fundraising campaigns. She also asked him what made him do that? Bryant said, “We don’t need to jump into this thing. I will remember Kobe as a basketball legend,a father& a man. Watching him&Gigi share their relationship with us is something I won’t ever forget. My heart aches for his wife, children& family. I hope the waves of love being sent to his family can ease some of the pain they feel.
