Josh Allen responded, “nothing beats a Big Mac Man.” Josh Allen recalled his trip back to the hotel the night before, “I may or may not have waited 35 to 40 minutes in the drive-through line last night on my way to the hotel because I was really hungry.” Allen continued to add to his reasoning as to why he waited that long for a Big Mac, “there was nothing open and got myself a Big Mac allegedly, allegedly…”

The trio would go on to discuss the zest of binging on fast food late at night. With the admission, Allen further added, “I mean you have to do it yeah or I’m not gonna eat tonight.” Although the admission is one coming from a place of love for food, the former Super Bowl Winner would not be happy with this. With Tom Brady building his brand around health and nutrition, Josh Allen’s stance is at odds with the TB12 method.

Tom Brady and TB12 would disapprove

Being an NFL player is one that requires physical and mental sacrifice. With patience and endurance, players train their bodies to be fit and ready for the games ahead. Tom Brady has built his life around it and calls it the TB12 method. The method has seen him write a book and start an organization that propagates the method of helping others lead healthier life.

But the Josh Allen admission will see fans turn their heads and rethink and reconsider whether TB12 is actually worth it. The TB12 method asks the people who follow it to give up on their favorite foods. And focus solely on nutrition, one which could be harmful if not researched properly. Although the TB12 method aims to help people in changing their life to one that will benefit them in the long run. Whether it is the only way to achieve will surely question the mind of those who follow it.

Josh Allen’s reveal of the Big Mac could attract relatability from many fans who also indulge in fast food from time to time.
