There was a surprise guest who adorned the Lincoln Financial Field during the Eagles vs. Vikings showdown. As fans were waiting for the post-half-time to start, they came across a surprise visitor as it glided over the stadium before perching itself on the turf. The crowd’s reaction was worth savoring, and it was a magical experience for all those who were watching the game, live from the stands! While the night belonged to Jalen Hurts and Co. there was a flying beast that graced the awestruck stadium across the night sky.

A “Fly Eagle Fly” moment caught during Eagles crushing win over Vikings

Philadelphia Eagles welcomed the Minnesota Vikings as the home side romped with a 6-point victory. In an eventful night that saw the likes of running back D’Andre Swift complete 175 rushing yards. There was an unforgettable moment that caught the spectator’s eye. During the half-time break, the staff released an eagle from one of the stands. The moment was shared by the Philadelphia Eagles’ official Twitter channel. Titled “Fly Eagle Fly”, the short video showed how the majestic bird owned the night in a matter of seconds.

It gracefully opened its wings in the night sky before attempting a touchdown at the field’s turf. Fans absolutely loved the birds’ surprise visit. They cheered it on while the stadium erupted with joy on seeing the eagle mark its presence at the stadium. On a night that belonged to the home side, the team thoroughly entertained their fans with back-to-back victories. The riveting match featured some established heroes and found some new ones on an eventful night.

Eagles win the bragging rights with a comprehensive victory over Vikings

The Week 2 game between Eagles and Vikings was one of the best matches in the ongoing league. Both sides came to the match with contrasting results in their Week 1 fixtures. The Eagles looked confident after a closely fought win against the Patriots. The Vikings were looking for the first victory of the season after suffering a slim loss against the Bucs.

The architects of the victory surely were Hurts who was involved in a heated exchange earlier and De’Andre Swift. The running back was at imperious best as he covered around 200 yards with 28 touchdown carries. Boston Scott too provided some momentum in the offenses by adding 40 yards. The Eagles’ offense looked in supreme touch as they accounted for 259 yards. For the Vikings, only Cousins offered some resistance as he threw 364 yards with an impressive four touchdowns. The Vikings’ defense was left wanting against a spirited dominance by the Eagles.

The day belonged to the Eagles. With their mascot sending in its well-wishes during the halftime. The eagle was easily the highlight of the match and would be seen frequently as the Eagles went further in the competition.
