Behind the scenes, bloopers can give insightful humor about anyone. Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli, aka ManningCast, has a lot to offer off-screen, and in this case, Peyton adds a cherry on top of Eli and trolls him on camera.

The troll began when Mark Cuban, owner of NBA team, Dallas Mavericks, auditioned for ManningCast, stating, “I own a basketball team, the Dallas Mavericks, and I’m on Shark Tank.” Peyton didn’t have a second to waste before replying with, “That’s awesome. My brother owns a fantasy football team and a fish tank.” Eli added with a defeated smile, “Goldfish.

The hilarity transcended from the fantasy football team and the goldfish tank to a joke from Sean Payton, head coach of the Denver Broncos. He said, “Hey Chad, man thanks for coming by. I’m sorry to tell you this. I can’t offer you a walk-on spot. You’re just too slow.” Eli Manning pretended to flinch at the remark while Peyton added, “He’s probably right though.

It isn’t unusual for Eli Manning to take the roast from various fellow players, coaches, and celebrities. After all, he is the second best when it comes to the Manning brothers.

Peyton is still the more prominent Manning brother according to stats

Before the launch of ManningCast in 2021, both Peyton and Eli Manning played in the NFL as quarterbacks. While Peyton played as QB for the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos, Eli played for the New York Giants for 16 seasons. There had been lots of comparisons between the two brothers in terms of stats and achievements as NFL players.

Peyton is a two-time Super Bowl champion, a Super Bowl MVP, and a five-time NFL MVP and has career statistics with a 145-70 record. Eli, on the other hand, is a two-time Super Bowl champion and MVP, with his stats recorded at 75-52.
