Last night, Anotonio Brown stunned the world when he left the stadium in the middle of the match. While the reason for his controversial departure is still not clear, one thing can be surely said that he left the team when he was needed the most.

The controversial WR left in the third quarter when the match was in the Jets‘ favor with the score being 24-17. Just when things looked out of sorts for the Bucs, Tom Brady stood up like he always does. The GOAT led the offense to an 11-0 shutdown in the last quarter helping the Bucs win 28-24. Overall, the quarterback threw for a massive 410 yards and scored 3 TDs.

Just before the stroke of halftime, New York Jets rookie, CB Brandin Echols made an interception on none other than the GOAT Tom Brady. The rookie picked off Brady’s pass intended for Mike Evans and thwarted the Bucs from gaining a lead before halftime.

Not only did he stop the Bucs from gaining a lead but also helped widen the Jets’ lead as Eddy Pineiro converted the pick into a 51-yard goal. Post-match, the newbie cornerback rushed to a celebrating Brady and got his match ball signed by the GOAT. Truly wholesome!
