The Week 18 game between the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers had some extra viewers than usual. Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had their eyes glued to the screens. Sunday’s results were crucial for the Buccaneers. It would decide their seed in the playoffs. After the end of the regular season, the Bucs have now officially secured the number 2 overall seed in the NFC playoffs.

The tense moments in the Tampa Bay locker room were nail-biting, to say the least. After the 49ers won in overtime, Tom Brady put his hands up in disbelief.

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers react to the 49ers win in the locker room after the Panthers game

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers finished this season with a bang. They defeated the Carolina Panthers in spectacular fashion. They dominated the entire game and won with a score of 32-6. After the match, the team rushed into the locker room to see the results of the 49ers and the Rams. If San Francisco won, that would give Tampa the number 2 seed in the NFC. This means they will get an extra home game if they defeat the Eagles in the wild card round.

After their own match, tension was still present in the Buccaneers locker room. They were rooting for San Francisco. Tampa Bay wanted that sweet Seed number 2. Their prayers were answered because the 49ers triumphed over the Rams. They overcame a 17 to nothing deficit against LA.

One of the happiest men in that locker room was Tom Brady. He put his hands over his head in disbelief. After he collected himself, Brady realized that they had finally secured the number 2 overall seed.

The Buccaneers dominated the regular season. With their final regular week win over the Panthers, their record is 13-4. And after the 49ers win, the Bucs have secured the seed they wanted.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be meeting the Philadelphia Eagles in the wild card round for their first playoffs game. Every result is critical for the Bucs moving forward. They are determined to win the Super Bowl this year. The fight in the playoffs will be tough, and Tampa Bay will be prepared.
