Patrick Mahomes has been doing a pretty great job in his running for MVP this season. His sensational performances, alongside the statistics he’s been racking up, have the NFL world hyped. After throwing four touchdowns against the Jaguars and beating them 27-17, the Chiefs have moved to number one in the AFC.

Josh Allen and Jalen Hurts have also been a contender for the award. Many questioned Mahomes’ abilities especially after the Chiefs packed off wide receiver Tyreek Hill to the Dolphins. But, the receiver’s absence does not seem to deter Mahomes from doing better than anticipated.
