Mahomes likes his two main meals to be spread out so that he doesn’t consume too much in one sitting. For Mahomes to work out for hours on end, he needs carbs and calories in his diet, so he has made a perfect diet plan to satisfy his needs. The two-time MVP eats 4-5 times a day to maintain his calorie intake. Mahomes often has grilled chicken or salmon with some vegetables for lunch.
