McAfee started the conversation with his co-hosts by saying, “What the f**k happened to Patrick Mahomes?” And later instigated how Pat’s wife, Brittany, and brother, Jackson, have been the biggest distractions during the game. The podcast host also insisted on why they could cause more distress if not cut off from the spotlight.

A year later, Mahomes’ brother has been sued for sexual harassment, which caused emotional anxiety to the whole family. The 2x MVP‘s dear wife also caused massive social media controversies that made headlines as well. So, maybe McAfee was onto something. Moreover, McAfee also predicted another event that actually came true.

Mahomes has learned his lessons

While McAfee criticized the Chiefs’ QB for a fumble that cost the team 35 yards in the most critical moment of the match, he also admired how the team played all throughout the season. He then predicted that this loss would definitely teach the Chiefs a lesson and they will perform better next season. And as history has shown, his prediction proved to be accurate.
