Following the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ victory at Super Bowl LV, the NFL offseason officially set in. While players across the league got their bit of rest after a long season of football, most are back to the grind. Then followed Organized Team Activities or OTAs. Plenty of players skip this as it is often not mandatory to attend. Mandatory minicamps kicked off for most franchises on June 18, and while mandatory, some players chose to hold out due to several personal and contract bound reasons.
