“Well in the 70s, you know, watching your dad [Archie Manning] and watching the Steelers and the Raiders and the Cowboys and the teams from the 70s, I fell in love with they great defense, the way they moved the ball, just the way they played football,” Snoop Dogg said about how he became a fan of the Steelers.

Snoop is so much into football that he even spends time coaching youth players in a league of his own, named Snoop Youth Football League. His league is so famous that even two current NFL players played in that league. One of them was the New York Giants WR John Ross, while the other one was, Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster.

In fact, the game during which the 50-year-old singer appeared in the ManningCast, was a Steelers game. He still cherishes the moments when Pittsburgh players dominate the league just as TJ Watt did this year. “You know I like T.J. Watt because he’s the baby brother,” Snoop said.
