Brandan Davies is one of the partners of the law firm Roth Davies LLC. Showcasing his potential early on, Davies was quick to make the jump to partner after just a year of joining the firm. Armed with a decade of experience, Davies has had his fair share of tough cases and is extremely familiar with defending the criminally accused.
Brandan Davies provided a statement to FOX Television stations, on behalf of Mahomes, “We have provided law enforcement with the tools and evidence they need to evaluate the claims against Jackson. Every interaction between people needs to be placed in the proper context. Releasing a short clip of any video does not provide proper context. We have faith in the process and look forward to a swift resolution of the matter.”
The University of Tulsa graduate expressed his confidence in the system. He also assured his as well as Jack Mahomes’ full cooperation. The lawyer felt that ‘context’ was being misunderstood and misused in the situation, hoping for the court to evaluate the matter.
Evidence is mandatory?

Vaughn even accused Mahomes of indulging in ‘marijuana’, as she claims smelling it from the VIP room.
Similarly, the waiter claimed that Jackson and his friends locked the basement office and pushed him when he apparently tried to enter.
Mahomes’ lawyer has however refuted these claims, “Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses.”
