His tone changed to desperation and was surely aghast as to what had become of the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner. He further stressed that the more games Manziel played and started in, he got more leverage to star in the party and consume booze. However, there were some other startling revelations that came through the docuseries.

The tumultuous life of frat boy- John Manziel

The former Cleveland Browns QB, who once faked a heart attack, was a poster boy. His name was taken with great pride and was touted as the next big thing in the NFL. However, the 2014 NFL draft player’s life has gone down completely. At one stage, his booze and drug addiction got so bad that the QB almost committed suicide.

Moreover, the 2012 Manning Award winner knows that the past would never completely go, he decided to make peace with the present season with FCF Zappers.

Johnny Manziel’s story shows how deep down one can fall from the prime of his career. For the QB, he has experienced success and failures from close quarters. He scaled the highest of highs by becoming the first-ever freshman to win the Heisman trophy. He also touched deep lows by failing his NFL Combine drug test and falling into addiction.

"If at night you see your team losing or you wake up with the news of your team winning. Words will always be there sharing your emotions through thick and thin!" I've always had a strong connection with words. They've given me the passage to express my emotions from starting as a 7th grader writing poems in school to now writing articles based around leaders like Deion Sanders. My association and vocabulary with words have grown tremendously. Joining ES as an NFL and NCAA-focused writer has provided me with terrific opportunities. It has helped me understand the mindset of the GOAT Tom Brady, learn how Patrick Mahomes is writing his legacy, and watch Kirk Cousins push himself year after year. I resonate with the QBs- their aura, gameplay, and just the toughness to get hit and keep rising! Apart from writing, I love writing poetry and fine-tuning my muscles in a bid to get the perfect QB physique! - Jyot Singh Bindra, NFL author at ES.
