They ran a social media challenge, called WPMOY challenge to crown the winner, who made an impact to improve the lives of other people. Mahomes reacts after winning the WPMOY Award

After winning the award, Mahomes said in a press conference, “It is a tremendous honor to win this year’s Charity Challenge… Since before I joined the League, it has been a goal of mine to make a lasting impact on the communities that have given so much to me.”

He further thanked everyone for voting for him and helping his foundation achieve great success over the years. “Together, we are making a lasting impact on kids in underserved communities,” Mahomes added more.
