Both Peyton Manning and the former NFL WR are fond of dancing
The 6x Pro Bowler was featured in “Peyton’s Place” in episode 5 of season 2, part of which was recently shared on their YouTube channel. The WR then proceeded to explain how dancing has been a part of his childhood and also his culture and revealed how he was fond of Michael Jackson for as long as he could remember. To which, Manning passionately agreed, and went ahead to discuss how Owens gained his interest in dancing.
Owens’s first trophy came from a dancing competition
Being inspired by the King of Pop, Owens aspired to become one of the greats. In the interview, he even shared how he had ‘Jerry curl‘ and ‘long hair‘ during his childhood, much like the legendary singer. The Sheriff, curious to know more, asked Owens about his first-ever victory in a dance competition, which happened to be one of Jackson himself. Manning mentioned that Owens won $25 from that competition, but Owens passionately corrected him, saying he actually won $50 and a certificate, demonstrating how monumental this achievement was for him.
