Rob Gronkowski spoke to ESPN’s Mike Reiss at a sponsor party in Boston. He addresses the question of him backing out from his retirement for the second time if Brady calls him up for a return.

Gronk’s answer would dishearten those fans who wanted Brady and him to procreate some astonishing plays on the football turf. But his retreat from retirement has none in the bottle. Many would still think he might return amidst the ongoing 2022 campaign. But the TE’s recent comments might answer that even his best friend cannot sway him back. If Rob has legitimately hung up his cleats, he has to continue insisting on the fans.
