Davante Adams was traded to the Las Vegas Raiders earlier in the offseason. After spending his entire career so far with the Packers, Adams moved on. He joined the Las Vegas Raiders and decided to play with his best friend, Derek Carr.

Derek Carr and Davante Adams played together in college for Fresno State. Since then, they have been quite close and are excited to play together. Prior to Adams’ arrival in Las Vegas, Carr had said he would gift a car to Adams if he joined him.

Now that Adams is in Las Vegas, the WR is looking to get his gift. During the Hall of Game between the Jaguars and the Las Vegas Raiders, Adams and Carr were asked about that alleged gift.

While talking about it, Carr said, “I do, I do owe him a car and I have a couple in my garage that I’ve offered multiple times um which wouldn’t cost me anything so I think that I need to buy him one.”

Davante Adams responded, “I think the quote from him was ‘I would even buy him a car if he decides to come,’ So I mean buying a car and giving a car different but you know beggars can’t be choosers.”

There is no doubt that Adams wants that car from Carr. If things go smoothly for the duo, we might see Adams getting that new car as a gift from his best friend soon.

The Raiders had a great season last time despite many changes to their franchise, which is why this year could turn out to be special for them.
