It wasn’t about winning anymore, he literally turned into Brett. Literally turned into Brett Favre. It was like when he was so different and also said he was nothing like him. And also spoke bad on him, and how he wasn’t, Brett wasn’t embracing of him and not accepting him, whatever. You turned right into Brett, man. You weren’t embracing the other guys and you for sure weren’t embracing Jordan Love. You had a problem with embracing the new receivers, all of that,” the rapper added.

Lil Wayne feels that Rodgers could have handled the situation better, and should have been more accepting of his teammates. He also went on to claim that Rodgers isn’t into winning anymore, and maybe that sparked the indifference within the Packers locker room.

While many Green Bay Packers fans would jump up to agree with Lil Wayne’s remarks, Rodgers himself specified that the reasons behind his leaving were much more complicated than that.

Wayne has never been a Rodgers fan

This isn’t the first time that Lil Wayne has decided to take jabs at Aaron Rodgers. Despite being a die-hard Packers fan, the five-time Grammy winner hasn’t hesitated before blasting A-Rod in the past.

One such incident happened in 2022, as the Packers were on a five-game losing streak. Their defeat to the Detroit Lions, however, threw Lil Wayne over his chair, as he tweeted.

A couple of days later, Lil Wayne made an appearance on the show ‘Undisputed’, and said “It’s like 12 (Rodgers) doesn’t want to win or something, If I was a player on that team, it’s hard to come to work every day and know that I’m playing with somebody that doesn’t want me on the field, so it’s hard for me to run through a wall for that guy.
