In her recent Instagram story, she gave netizens a piece of her mind for intruding into Wilson and his personal life. She stated, “My friends are freaking amazing. By the way, stop calling my friends. You’re annoying them. They’re like, ‘Lisa, these people are crazy.’ I’m like, ‘I know, I know I know.’ Yeah, stop calling my friends for real though.” It was an open PSA for several media outlets that covered Abbey Gile, Zach Wilson’s ex-girlfriend, and her alleged comments on Instagram.

The No.2 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft has become a viral figure on social media due to several media outlet reports. She was particularly unhappy with the specific media coverage of Wilson and how intensely the news gained attention. The timing of the reports seems suspicious following breakup speculations surrounding Gile and Wilson gaining momentum early this year.
