Sometimes, it’s easier to predict which team will win, but the juicy matches are the ones where you can’t. Lo-and-behold, the juiciest match of the season is not long away. The San Francisco 49ers (4-0) are all set to take on the Dallas Cowboys(3-1) on the upcoming Monday Night Football.

The Cowboys did lose the track when they lost to an embarrassing opponent, the Arizona Cardinals. But they recovered their image by winning the next game against the New England Patriots 38-3. However, the sports radio personality, Chris Russo, better known as ‘Mad Dog’ had some not-so-flattering things to say about the team owner, Jerry Jones.

The Cowboys’ team owner Jerry Jones had previously shared his opinion on who he thought would be competing in the Super Bowl. He said that the Niners are the team who’s ‘most likely’ to compete in the Super Bowl. Moreover, he added that for that to actually happen, the Niners have to go through the Cowboys and that may or may not happen. To this, Mad Dog had a reply, as he’s known for his honest and unfiltered comments.

On the show ‘First Take’, when Russo was asked about his views, he first mentioned the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles are the second team sitting on the throne with 4-0 along with the Niners. Russo said that the Cowboys will have to defeat the Eagles first as they’re also the ones with no defeats and they beat the Niners last year and won the NFC.

He went on to say, “How do you sit there? He’s almost dissing the Eagles.” Furthermore, he added, “He (Jerry) said San Francisco is the road to the Super Bowl to them, No, it’s not, the road is Philly, that’s who the road.” Mad Dog ended by saying that according to him the 49ers are a far better team than the Cowboys. The head coach of the 49ers also shared his point of view on the challenges his team might face during their next game.

Kyle Shahanan revealed the biggest challenge in the next match

So far, the 49ers have been successful in making all their matches one-sided, but now a real opponent is on their way to the next match. Just before the match, the Niners’ head coach Kyle Shahanan revealed the challenge that the teams might face in their next match.

The HC said that for every team in general, improving after every match is more important. He said, “No one’s ever there in Week 1, especially up front. Run blocking, pass blocking, you need a lot more reps of that to get better as a unit.”
