On Monday Night Football, the Seattle Seahawks played against the New York Giants. Their match resulted in a 3-24 victory for the Seahawks. It wasn’t a surprise as the Seahawks have only lost once this season, whereas the Giants have only won once this season. During the match, something happened that caught everyone’s attention.

The Seahawks’ safety, Jamal Adams, returned this Monday after a long time, but that didn’t end up very well for the player. After the game, the safety shared his honest thoughts about the match with everyone.

This was Adam’s first time playing in this season after a long period of 385 days. It didn’t last very long, as the player suffered an injury during the game. He was ruled out of the game after he took a knee to his helmet while he was trying to tackle the opposing team’s quarterback, Daniel Jones. The safety was taken off the field and did not return to the game.

The player was evaluated for a concussion. The 2x Second-team All-Pro took to his X account to express his feelings after the game. He said that he wanted to apologize to the OG and also praised him for treating him right when he was concussed, even though he wasn’t on his best behavior at the time. He also added that he’s sorry if he brought any negative energy there. The player shared a picture expressing his gratitude towards the concussion analyst.

But now the question arises, why wasn’t he playing for 385 days?

In the year 2021, Adams signed a 4 year $72 million contract with the Jets. Later, the player only played for 12 games as he suffered a torn shoulder injury in week 13 of that year. After recovering in the off-season, the player returned and suffered an injury again. He suffered a thigh-quad tear and was again sidelined for the rest of the season.
