The Packers won the game 18-17, leaving the Saints in the dust. They are now leading with 2-1, thankfully. Things started going downhill for the Saints after Romeo Doubs’ insane pass reception, helping the Packers infiltrate the enemy lines. Come 4 quarter, Jordan Love dove in for a touchdown.

Later, he threw a 30-yard pass to Jayden Reed. Additionally, he threw a phenomenal game-winning touchdown pass to Romeo Doubs in 3 & 3. The QB came out with a 66.4 passer rating by the end of the match and 39 rushing yards.

While everyone is talking about Jordan Love, the Packers’ defense did some heavy lifting too, and they should be given the due credit. A tackle from Kenny Clark and three from Rashan Gary really helped save the day for the Packers too. The Lambeau Field was filled with the echoes of people cheering at the top of their lungs in the last few moments of the 4th quarter.

As for the Saints, Rashid Shaheed might have run fast to the end zone, but the Packers caught up to him faster. Or maybe things didn’t go well for the Saints because their QB, Derek Carr, was tackled far too many times. Despite all his great efforts, he wasn’t quick enough to respond to the Packers and passed the buck to Jordan Love instead. The Saints’ turnover in the last quarter really flipped the outcome of the game.
