The Cleveland Browns will take on the Kansas City Chiefs at the Arrowhead for their first Divisional Round tie in over 25 years. And to make it to the Conference Championship, they’ll rely heavily on running back Nick Chubb.

The Pro-Bowl running back has been the key driver for the Browns offense. With his speed and strength, Chubb has made the Browns run game one of the best in the league.

And luckily for the Browns, their 2018 2nd Round draft pick is entering the tie in red-hot form.

Nick Chubb has the longest Browns scoring streak in decades

A franchise that has suffered terrible misfortunes with draft picks seems to have unearthed a gem. The running back in 2020 registered over a 1,000 rushing yards. Which also included 12 touchdowns. He also scored a receiving touchdown in the playoff game against the Steelers.

But more interestingly so, his last 8 scores came in 7 games. According to ESPN, his scoring streak is the longest by a Browns player since 1970. The last Cleveland Browns player to score in 7 straight games was Bo Scott. Also a running back.
