Watt responded, “I scroll through door dash for like an hour before I pick a restaurant man… You’re gonna have to give me a second to choose a new team and city.”

Watt’s future is still way up in the air. He has currently been linked to several teams so far. DeAndre Hopkins of the Atlanta Falcons has already spoken about potentially reuniting with his former teammates.

Furthermore, given that Watt is from Wisconsin, people have speculated whether he wants to head home and join the Green Bay Packers.

JJ Watt ready for a new challenge.

While Watt is no longer the player he used to be, he can still be a valuable addition to any franchise. Watt is 31 and has shown how good he is at the mental aspect of the game.

He can be a very important piece to the defensive unit, and serve as the leader for the group, galvanizing them against strong attacks.

Watt has a high football IQ and can help younger players who have high potential to develop into stars. If he can join a team with a struggling young defensive core, then he will be well worth the money he gets paid.

Furthermore, Watt can achieve his goal and win a Super Bowl ring, and signing with a contender will go a long way in achieving that.

Where will JJ Watt sign? There will be a number of teams ready to get his signature. But given his high value, he may not be the easiest player to acquire.

Furthermore, his desire to win a Super Bowl title before retiring restricts his options as he would only realistically sign with a potential contender.
