Yet, apart from the name, there is one more thing the two have in common. Just as the NFL guard, the legend of the basketball was also once cut from his team, which was his High School Team. And due to these common facts, the twitteratis are going crazy.

Bengals without Michael Jordan

With Michael Jordan out of the picture, the guard positions have been taken up by Xavier Su’a-Filo and Quinton Spain, with D’Ante Smith and Jackson Carman serving as backups. As of now, any NFL team can sign in the 6-foot-6 guard within a span of 24 hours.

The former Ohio State offensive lineman after being waived was also appreciated for his potential on Twitter.

Let go of the waiving by Bengal. Jordan started every game of his career with the Buckeyes for 2 seasons and was named first-team All-American during his junior season. Yet he is the second former Buckeyes player to depart from the Bengals in the past 24 hours. As Willy Price was traded with the New York Giants on Monday afternoon.

Jordan was the fourth-round pick for the Bengals in the 2019 NFL draft. Since then he has made 27 appearances, including 19 starts. However, he was passed on to the depth chart during the preseason by Filo and Carman.

Yet, being a player with a heavy build and a young talent, there is a high possibility that he may get offers before the window closes.
