A night out at UFC 287 in Miami, where Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira battled for the middleweight title in a rematch that ended with a stunning knockout in the second round.

Burrow’s presence at the event did not go unnoticed, as he became a viral sensation on social media for his reaction to the knockout and his interaction with other NFL stars. Burrow, who is recovering from a knee injury that cut short his rookie season, has also been making headlines for his offseason training videos.

The video showed the priceless reactions of Joe Burrow, Chargers LB Joey Bosa, Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson, Ravens receiver Odell Beckham Jr, and Browns TE David Njoku as they witnessed Adesanya’s comeback.

Burrow trusts a longtime school friend for training

Burrow’s offseason training program was revealed in an Instagram post by Coyne in February, which showed him working out with strength and conditioning coach Dak Notestine. He is not resting on his laurels after a phenomenal season that earned him a Pro Bowl selection and a Comeback Player of the Year award. Burrow is working hard to get ready for the next season and lead his team to even greater heights.

One of the ways he is doing that is by training at Black Sheep Performance, a state-of-the-art facility in Cincinnati owned by his longtime friend Patrick Coyne. Burrow has been training with Coyne since high school and trusts him to help him improve his strength, stability, and mobility. Burrow is not alone in his quest for excellence, accompanied by some of his Bengals’ teammates, such as Sam Hubbard, Drew Sample, and Akeem Davis-Gaither, who also train at Black Sheep Performance and benefit from the personalized approach of Coyne and his staff.
