While speaking to Tennis TV, Djere admitted that he needed to say it, despite its unusual nature. He said, “I know that people are going through tough times and really hard times. So i just wanted to show them that even if somebody’s successful and seems that his life is in order, and perfect and everything, it might not be the case. We all struggle with some things. But with hard work and belief and everything, you can push through it and you can still have a good life and a good career and you can be successful at your job.”
He revealed that he received support from the likes of Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Grigor Dimitrov, Nick Kyrgios and several others.
